Board Schedule, Agenda & Minutes
The RRCWD board of directors meets at 5 pm on the 4th Tuesday of every month unless noted below. Until further notice, the board will be meeting In-Person Only.
Occasionally, the board must change the time and location for special public meetings, emergencies or around the end of the year, so if you plan to attend, it’s a good idea to call Russian River Utility (707-887-7735, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F) to confirm. The public is always welcome.
If you would to add an item to the agenda, email us at rruwater@sonic.net with your full name, service address, and topic you would like to discuss. Information must be received no later than the 10th of the month to be included on that month’s agenda.

1. The current Agenda Packet and Agenda may only be available a few days before each meeting.
2. The current Warrants Packet and Warrants Only may not be available until the day before each upcoming meeting since that is when they are finalized.
3. Packet refers to the main document with supporting backup documents such as invoices, correspondence, project drafts and final versions, reports, etc. Many of the supporting documents are not available in Compliant form and are not state mandated.
